POKBON Marketplace Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between POKBON IT SOLUTIONS, trading as POKBON Marketplace (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), and the vendor (“Vendor”, “You”).

By registering as a vendor and selling products on our platform (https://pokbongroup.store), you agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendor shall provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.
  • Vendor is responsible for ensuring all products comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations.
  • Vendor must fulfill all customer orders promptly and professionally.
  • Vendor is responsible for packaging and shipping products unless otherwise agreed.

2. Fees and Payments

  • POKBON Marketplace may charge commissions, listing fees, or service fees as specified.
  • Payments to vendors will be made after successful order completion, subject to our payment schedule.
  • We may withhold payments in cases of disputes, refunds, or suspected fraud.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors shall not list:

  • Illegal goods under Ghanaian law.
  • Counterfeit or replica products.
  • Restricted goods (weapons, drugs, adult material, etc.).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Vendor agrees to honor POKBON Marketplace’s return and refund policies.
  • Refunds must be processed within the specified time frame.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Vendor grants POKBON Marketplace a non-exclusive license to display vendor’s content (product descriptions, logos, images).
  • Vendor must not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

6. Liability and Indemnification

  • Vendor is solely responsible for its products and shall indemnify POKBON Marketplace from any claims, damages, or losses.
  • POKBON Marketplace is not liable for vendor’s misconduct, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ notice.
  • POKBON Marketplace may suspend or terminate vendor accounts immediately for violations.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
