How to Use:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Clean and dry the area to be repaired to ensure no stains, dust, or debris are present.
   • Smooth the surface with sandpaper or a knife for better adhesion.
2. Mixing:
   • Mix Component A and Component B in a 1:1 ratio by volume.
3. Application:
   • Apply the mixed glue to the surface that requires repair. Work quickly, as the application should be completed within 20 minutes of mixing.
4. Curing Time:
   • Allow the glue to cure for 24 hours. Once cured, it can be processed further by shaping, drilling, sanding, or filing as needed.

Storage:

• The glue can be stored for up to 24 months if kept at a temperature of 15-28°C.
• After 24 hours, the bond reaches its highest strength, with a shear strength greater than 20 MPa (200kg/M2).

Important Notes:

• If the glue becomes dry after you receive it, soak it in hot water to soften it before use. Once melted, it will work normally without any impact on its effectiveness.
